Lots of little changes were made:
- Power buy-cost adjustments for some lower cost powers, usually upward.
- Antagonist statblocks updated
- Defense and attack dicepools now assume that you are using the static defense value plugin.
- Dicepools were modified upward in almost all cases.
- If you aren’t using this plugin, you’re probably going to have some unanticipated character deaths.
- The dragon statblock, specifically, got a big buff over and above the buffs all the other antagonists got.

- Edits for read-ability
- Increased white space
- Removed paragraphs in exchange for lists or bullet points.
- GM Screen re-formatted
