Setting Hacks – Etherole.com

A setting hack is a tool that allows you to easily play this TTRPG system in your favorite fictional universe, without needing to do much (if any) work. It is a framework for you to run a TTRPG in your favorite setting using the FreeRPGs.org system.

Each setting hack will contain:

A write-up on how to use the system to portray the setting.
- Changes to powers, skills, and other mechanics to match the setting.
  - For example, resurrection isn’t all that difficult in most D&D settings, so we would lower the buy cost on resurrection related powers for that setting.
A starting kit for players to use to build their characters.
